"agreed to settle the SEC's charges without admitting or denying the allegations" The problem with insider trading is the SEC allows a get out of jail card by taking the gains and imposing a fine. Been this way since the 1933 1934 security laws. The law should be get caught go to jail. Too much insider trading still exists. If you rob a gas station you are not given the chance to pay back the money and pay a small fine. Securiity crimes should be teh same

I temped there in two different offices for a few months, what an awful experience. It was such a wretched atmosphere I asked the agency to reassign me to a new department and they did and then had to simply ask them to pull me from the assignment there altogether. I can't decide what was worse, the awful, snooty employees or the crummy job itself.

People like this think that they are above the law and are entitled to special deals.
I wonder how they feel now with all these costs (fines, lawyers etc) and now they cant even take out a 2nd mortgage to pay for it..
The old guy is a real piece of work,, pretending he is innocent..

I think one or all of them probably cut me off in their Land Rover at some point.

BTW, should I assume people like this drive Land Rovers? Yes, I should.
