City is low class if not classless altogether! Total radioactive town!
Strange that this is headline news as if to suggest it was a self fulfilling prophecy?
Must be difficult to find tenants when they boast about having killed another one.
Exeter may want to review the exit strategy from that submarket anew!
St Puke is the kiss of death for anything private business or for profit--mutually exclusive concepts!!!

How the heck does it being a news story suggest that it was a self fulfilling prophecy? It appears you have a tendency to jump to conclusions. In the article that I read there was no boasting going on. Do you have some information from another source that could enlighten us about your statements? Perhaps you have experienced some past dealings in St. Puke or with Exeter that have caused you exude so much anger toward them. Mutually exclusive? I don't even understand what that means. Please don't use such big words.
I think the main reason they went out of business is because they weren't much of a hardware store. I went there several times and could not find any screws or nuts. I couldn't even find a good cordless drill. I ended up just going to Seven Corners Hardware, they always seem to have a lot of actual hardware, and nails, and duct tape and paint, and etc., etc., etc. Is anyone even reading this? If someone writes on the internet and no one reads it does it make a sound? I'm getting tired because it's very late (all of 10:37 P.M.) and I was out in the sun a lot today because I'm in Florida on Spring Break and I'm going to see the Twins on Monday so I need to rest up for that, because we are going to try to get Joe Mauers autograph and I don't think he really likes to give autographs especially to sleepy, tired looking people who are droopy eyed armless children without tiger blood, or poetry producing fingers, so he probably won't sign for me and I don't even know why I'm bothering to go, and I probably should get some sort of mental check-up. do they have check-ups for mental people like a physical except a mental, I reallly don't know. Why are you asking me? Okay, this is starting to get ridiculous and maybe even a little scary. Okay, I'm just having a little fun at your expense. Don't think I am crazy. Even though I may be. Do crazy people know they're crazy? Whatever. Good Night!

Too true, Butch. Husband retired last year; the firt thing we did was to get rid of an investment property (at a loss, big surprise)and move out of the Twin Cities.

Totally overpriced - it's not surprising they are closing. You can get much more interesting things at better prices at architectural salvage stores.
