The only thing really shocking about it is that the bump was actually done back in September, when the original 1.5 mill began to run out and we're just now finding out about it.

Even key senior Republicans are acknowledging the inevitability of same sex marriage and the imminent demise of DOMA.

And yet it comes as no surprise that the increasingly insignificant little band of GOP nut cases in the House continue to ride this dead and rotting horse.

I say, let them continue tilting at windmills while their approval ratings sink ever lower. And then let's see how their efforts pay off in 2014.
