I have been a customer renting from Aarons since 1999. I have rented furniture from Aarons in Washington, DC, northern Virginia, Mobile, AL, Knoxville, TN. I moved to Little Rock. AR in December 2007. I again chose Aarons, since I was treated very well in all of the other areas, so why change, right? I went to the store on S. Univeristy Dr. in Little Rock, AR. I felt like I was given the fifth degree on any question and answer I got or gave. I never, never was treated like this in the past. It was the most disrespective way that I was treated at any Aarons store to date. I will strongly reconsider renting from Aarons again. I move around a lot due to work and I meet a lot of people and I can reccommend things to other people that travel as I. So in closing, I know if you lose me as a future customer it won't hurt your business, but I will have second thoughts about recommending Aarons to anyone.
