Kelly and friends need to clawback money from "net winners" in this case because they have looted all the other assets to be had, for themselves and the Feds.

I must agree mitch52. That was the reason, I thought, the fire sale for Polaroid. Not be mention, to the lowest bidder. This money was to be used to pay back the victims. Where is that money? I've come to the realization that if the Feds and judicial system didn't step in, before the arrest of Tom Petters, the fall of this Ponzi Scheme would have shut down MN! It is obvious the MN US Attorneys office, along with the Bankruptcy courts are covering up a massive scheme. Judge Kyle needs to excuse himself from this case. He has already made up his mind that the creditors and victims do not matter to him. The statement Judge Kyle made "go away"? Completely unprofessional and bias.
