Survey: CIOs tightening access to social networks
Concerned over the use and abuse of social networks, many CIOs are now clamping down on employee access to such sites, according to the results of a Robert Half survey released Tuesday.

Will restrictive policies around the use of "social" media at work be a deciding factor for prospective hires when they're seeking an employer? If 20-somethings and younger are becoming more dependent on this technology for basic communication, do employers have to become more flexible in what they allow during work time?
