I was given horrible customer service after Spiderman 3 sound cut out during parts of the movie.

I have started a blog on the issue. I will aslo visit other blogs on theater info and experiences and share mine with them. i also work in a grocery store and will share my experience with them.

no wonder Regal has fallen in their "Fortune 500" standings... horrible customer service.

Did you try contacting their Customer Service department at their corporate office? If not, you should. They are very helpful
