That company is apparently run by one Jeffery V Merkey, a litigious lunatic and well-known net.kook, who, even as he is meant to be the CEO of a security appliance company is slinging childish insults on a Yahoo stock message board. Unfortunately for him, he let slip, on that same board, that he has engineered a back door into his "security" appliance, and he claims he can remotely track and disable them. Doesn't sound too secure, does it?

I company denies these statements. We do not remotely track any of our units.
