If R. Kelly chose to video tape sexual encounters with anyone, it was a terrible decision especially with him being a celebrity. If the other party in the video was a minor at the time, I agree that it should be viewed since there would be no case if it didn't exist. There is no need for the video to be viewed by the public, since they will have no bearing on the courts' ruling.
This appears to be another example of "double standard" with our judicial system. I wonder if the courts would have ruled differently if the defendent was not an R&B artist. R. Kelly's defense counsel should challenge this decision at a higher court prior to the trial.

i think it's unfair if kelly is gulty it should be the jury affair and not the public. they should keep it within the courtroom if they are genuine in wanting to try MR Kelly.
