I went into a Rite Aid recently and was really disappointed to see how dirty and messy the store was. The shelves were a cluttered mess, the coolers were filthy, and the overall look was terrible. How can these kinds of stores still be in business? The Walgreens down the street was much nicer and cleaner.

I can't speak for the whole chain but Middletown and Steelton - both in PA - are immaculate. Kudos to those store's associates.
