A friend of mine was fired from Rite Aid for selling tobacco to a minor in a sting operation. He told his store manager and was let go a few days later. I am looking for any knowledge of any Rite Aid employee who has been caught for the same offense but was not fired. Thanks for any help on this!

If you are EVER caught in a sting operation, there is NO way out of it. You will automatically be fired, and possibly face jail time for contributing to a minor, where would you think that there would be someone who hasn't got fired? Duh!

Not True, I've seen long term associates just get finals for losing in a sting.
