I hope he has fun in jail? Maybe fall in love with his cellmate? Or get traded around the prison so he will know how it feels to get it in the rear like the investors did!

Six years for swindling how much money? Six years is a small price to pay for what he did. If the government really wants to locate the rest of the money all they have to do is to lock up his family in a cell right across from his and let him know they'll be there until he comes up with the money. Coersion! It works!
