<quoted text>Florida is not a place for wind power and solar for a home is a flop except for the con artists promoting solar. So what's next ?
We need to let the market work. I have no problem promoting solar, wind, nuclear, oil and anything we can get our hands on. The key is to be realistic. Let the market and inventors decide what is good and what is not.

So your answer is to keep spending $700 billion to Saudi Arabia instead of keeping the money in the USA?
You ever try to equip a house with solar or wind?
Get your head out of the clouds.
Didn't you read the article you IDIOT. We have PLENTY of oil in the USA, we always have. We have Plenty of oil in Alaska, but we export that oil, does that make sense? Big Oil, and that includes George Bush does NOT want anymore "New" oil in the market, that will only drive Down the price and in turn lower the outragous profits that big oil is making.

Do you understand what a profit margin is?

Big oil makes a larger profit, total profit in the billions, when the price is high. If they drill the price goes down.

The oil market is a world market. If the oil is sold to Japan it still helps keep oil prices down and benefits America because we keep the money not Saudi Arabia.

Throw your talking points away. they have no basis in reality.

This story needs to be updated, since today there were many gas stations in East Orlando with 87, and 89 and some without any at all. I think somebody was not prepared.

How about you poor liberals stop whining about the price of gasoline. If you don't like it, get a second job. We have to sacrifice because we're fighting two wars. Pitch in and help pay your way or go back to the turd world.
