Insurers Rise On Report GovA't May Extend TARP

TARP - Troubled Asset Relief Program.

Do you mean Taxpayer Asset Relief Program? Only taxpayers are funding programs. The Governemnt is broke.

How convenient! Mr. Wolin just left The Hartford to assume a position in the Treasury Dept. Isn't that nice?? He can now help out his former employer who gave him a huge salary and bonus in 2008.
