It appears that Progress Energy heard the cries of the community for openness and collaboration in creating a new energy source for the area.

I wonder if the county commissioners ever figured out that very simple idea - that they shouldn't secretly meet with a corporate entity for two years before ramrodding through a deal that created a big polluter with no accountability and a sweetheart deal?
