I agree with Dark Star. Crazy proposal. PPL screwed Northeaster tax payers for years by not paying their fair share in taxes. Not to mention the garbage they have pumped into the air and river over the years. Now that they have so called "settled up" they seem to think they have the Township over the barrel. They have made a concerted effort recently to clean up their operations, but only because they were forced to do so. Go ahead and close the road, but provide a alternate route, other than George St. Guard rails seem like a likely solution to protect your conveyor systems. It is a route that needs to continue to be open for numerous reasons.
