Funny, they are reapplying due to the 'free money' and 'free tax breaks' to expand and then use that 'cost affect' into factoring how to jam the bill much higher up your Azz then they already do.......... talk about getting F@kd with your pants on?

As of now rates are only expected to jump 30%, as opposed to the previous estimates of over 50%. Look at the facts, since the rate cap was placed on electricity, fuel prices have jumped dramatically for EVERY type of fuel around. Be happy that PPL is attempting to start construction again on a project that will be enviromentally smart, as well as provide MANY jobs for local workers.
