There is so much unused Office space in Washington D.C. and undeveloped land that the agruement to move jobs out to the burbs is just pandering to some suburbanite developer. If PEPCO does move they should be fined or charged for removing employees from Washington D.C. especially when there is so much office space available abd profits at PEPCO have been extremme.

What commie world do you live in? Oh thts right...the District. What do you expect when you have hostile elected officials and citizenry? When your true motivation for "Statehood" is to create a cumuter tax so you can get even more money to mismanage and when you attack workers from the suburbs for their "expenses" to the District while taxing them excessively for purchased meals, parking taxes and fees this it a logical decision.
