For the last year I emailed and called Pepco over my bills. I have a one bedroom 650 square foot condo. I am gone from 7am to 7pm Monday through Friday. I keep my temp. at 70 degrees. My bill average $350 a month. No one from Pepco contacted me back. I recieve letters saying the investigation is over but I talked to no one. Now no one answers my emails. my email is [email protected] 6300 Hil Mar Dr.# 4 Forestville MD 20747.$20 dollars is nice but I paid over $1000 too much

I can only imagine the behind the scenes shenanigans which happen without the public knowledge. Pepco is a disgusting utility, whose pricing practices seem mostly interested in cheating the public out of as much money as the politicians, it has in its pocket, will allow. Especially in Montgomery County, which is the worst, overrated POS in Maryland.
