I can't help but wonder if any of the judges hearing these cases are challenged like Vaughn Walker is now being challenged. If they are hetero should they recuse themselves because of bias?

Thanks for the input. I would have thought that someone on these threads would have come up with a difinitive answer by now. I know the House has a lot of power over budgets, but I just assumed that in order to move money around there would be more checks and balances in place.
