Judge it!
The last time PNM was awarded a rate increase they turned their backs on San Juan County citizens and SOLD that rate increase. Remember they used to provide natural gas service to the community - until they were awarded the rate increase.
Now they are asking for electric rate increases and a fuel surcharge - what in the world does the price of gasoline have to do with poluting the environment by burning coal.
It appears, PNM is proud of what they accomplished last time and are trying it again - how gullable can Roberts be.

Economic development group agrees to triple support for airline
San Juan Economic Development Service, or SJEDS, decided Thursday to put its advocacy -- and $5,000 --toward an airline partnership agreement, along with assisting PNM in its effort to recoup more money.
