And so it goes. The state controls the business at some level. The CEO runs the company with no competition and no repercussions for not running this state-regulated business. How many layers are there? Just go back to the same well every time. If it is done incrementally there is no problem with getting everything you want. We're just the taxpayerconsumer.

They have forecasters trained and ready to avoid this type of problem. They look at weather and climate trends, as well as future fuel costs. Did they not utilize the information? Look at their salaries. Love working for a government or government regulated business.

and how many millions is Mr Sterba's compensation? I have little sympathy as PNM seeks rate increases while the costs to consumers are exhorbitant! PNM bills to consumers are breaking consumers' budgets!
Reduce these CRAZY compensations to CEOs and management. Greedy.
