Maybe pinnacle can bring up why the taxes from lumiere are not being used for security by the city as they are supposed to be. I thought it was a law that they had to use a percentage for security and obviously the city is not doing this.

Remember the good old days when folks honored a contract? I don't think folks now-a-days even know the meaning of the words "honesty.....integrity ".

I dont know what the President renders to the City in taxes
every year but a downtown performing arts center of the caliber
of Kiel Opera House could delver more than $5 million a year
on property-from all revneue flows and 4 or 5 times that in
hotels, motels, restaurants and retail.

That's what downtown performing arts centers do. From
ticket tax revenue alone, the City of Denver and Cayouga
County take around 2 and a half million. From ticket
sales, alone.

The City needs to look beyond sports and casinos for
its entertainment and entertainment travel revenue.

You know ed
if you went to all the west county Jewish Temples and started a fund drive you could get the money to renovate the Kiel and then you would shut the Freaking up about those pieces of crap that need to be knock down.
