News flash, folks. AC is 100% a no go. The only thing going on now is a blatant land grab, using the corrupt city council with their eminent domain tactics to help PNK grab land parcels that owners do not want to sell to them. And the city has the fight of their life coming from angry home and business owners. The taxpayers of AC have no idea what's coming.
PNK ruined the center of AC. And now they want the city council to declare the area "blighted." They caused any "blight" themselves.
PNK ruined thousands of lives when they closed the Sands. And many people who worked there believe that PNK didn't want the casino in the first place, hoping that another company would out bid them and they would then walk away with a quick 10 million dollar break up fee.
