polycom config.

Hi,

I configured AsteriskNOW Beta 6 with two polycom soundpoint in the LAN (without provider).
soundpoints are Polycom 501 & Polycom 601

both are connected to LAN network, and i filled the IP ADDRESS for AsteriskNOW in both 501 & 601, and the port is 5060
restarted both 501 & 601 and i can hear the tone, i setup two users in the URL AsteriskNOW addressas the following:

(user1)
extension: 611
Caller ID: 611

(user2)
extension: 622
Caller ID: 622

i check out the polycom 501 and 601, both of them having the dialing ring , i can hear it , but when i dial 611 or 622 , nuthing come up?
what should i do ??!

Did you add the phones MAC(serial numbers) correctly under users? If the phones are set up correctly in users they will light up under active channels when you dial. did you hit "make call"
