Pixar president wonders what leads to success during UCSC talk

Pixar's founding president Ed Catmull asked everyone he knew: what's more important, good people or good ideas? According to him, the half that answered "good ideas" are just wrong.

It was still the good ideas from the good team that pulled his toy story 2 from a being a train wreck. Basically he's saying good people will have good ideas. But if the idea is good to begin with....then who needs good people. Edison invented the light bulb and any idiot can screw one in.
