Full story: Columbus Dispatch

So you are choosing cancer over your health?
Like he said....GO HUG A TREE!! Everything causes cancer!!! People are born with a predispostioned gene that causes cancer!!! Researchers and people like you decide after going through a persons entire life of eating, drinking, smoking and sex habits and decide OMG red meat, liquior, Oh yea HOT DOGS and anyother thing you don't like causes cancer!!! What a crock of ****!!!! I grew up in a family that every generation smoked, ate red meat, ate cake and cookie batter, drank, etc.....GUESS WHAT FREAK!??!! Not one of them ever got cancer from any of the things you all claim cause cancer!!!! Why do people who eat all the right things, exercise and all that crap still get cancer??? BECAUSE THEY WERE BORN WITH THE CANCER GENE!!!!! FREAKIN TREE HUGIN GEEKS WITH NOTHING ELSE TO DO BUT TRY AND CONTROL THE REST OF US WHO DON'T GIVE A RATS ***!!!!

As far as the paper towel issue....I buy the cheapest ones out there and it is never a name brand. Why waste my hard earned money on a stupid name. Off name paper towels do just as good a job and besides....I don't wipe my *** with it so I don't care how soft or hard my papertowel is!!!!!

Well you see Tree Hugger, I value my freedom. I don't want the government banning things and telling me what I can and can not buy. If I want a gas guzzling SUV and can afford it, I will buy it. If I want to use paper towels instead of cloth towels I will use them. If I like the convenience of a bottled water when I go to work or to the gym, I will use it. I don't think my paper towels will cause cancer, or at least that has nto be established yet. Instead of standing up for a trees rights, come join me and help fight for fellow Americans freedom from big government and misuse of tax dollars.

Paper towels are hurting our environment. Why not use a dish cloth to wipe your spills? You guys are hurting the planet. They should ban paper-towels and all cancer causing plastics.
Listen up Free, Sky, Feather or whatever Hippy name you have. I try to use a dish towel whenever possible. But not because of saving trees, preventing cancer, or any other Leftist jargon. I do it because it saves me money. Sometimes I have to clean up messes that a dish towel just won't work, then I use my trusty roll of paper towels.
What would you do if you spilled all your tofu and granola and all you had was paper towels?

Paper towels are perfect for wiping off the sewer grate I dump my used motor oil into. Don't want to leave a slippery safety hazard. If I used a dish cloth there'd be Hell to pay with the Missus. Besides that the paper towel will blow down the street into a neighbor's yard, the cloth towel just lays where I drop it.

Instead of fighting over paper towels, Procter & Gamble should be taking the drug Actonel off of the market. It almost killed me. Since taking Actonel 35mg I have had two surgeries at two different times on my esophagus. my throat close up. I could not even sollowed my own spit. And on another ocassion I was Hospitalized for over a week from black tarry blood diaherra from my rectum. I had to received two bags of blood on different occassions. Not to mention severe body pain ulcers and much much more. On going pain. And to think I was sent a $800.00 check for my out of pocket expenses, which was more than $800.00 and nothing for my pain and suffering than and now. Since than my doctor has taken be off of Actonel. Since than I have gone to different web sites and read what actonel has done to other people and there are many injuries. This has got to stop.

Procter & Gamble, Warner Chilcott, Aventis and Norwich Pharmaceuticals should take the drug Actonel off of the market. It almost killed me. Since taking Actonel 35mg I have had two surgeries at two different times on my esophagus. My throat closed up. I could not even swallow my own spit. And on another occasion I was hospitalized for over a week from black tarry bloody diarrhea stools from my rectum. There were times that nothing, but blood came out of my rectum. I had to receive two bags of blood on different occasions. Not to mention severe body pain and a quoted, from a doctor, I had all the ulcers that Actonel causes unquoted. I had and have ongoing muscles and body pain. I read that Actonel can stay in your system for up to 10 or more years. And to think I was sent an $800.00 check for my out of pocket expenses, which was more than $800.00. My out of pocket expenses was $1,054.00, which includes purchasing Actonel on a monthly basic, emergency rooms visits, ambulances rides and doctor visits. Since I couldn't drive myself at the time, because of what Actonel had done to me, I had to pay out of my pocket for transportation/gas, and food, to people. My insurance company/blue cross at the time paid out $1,515.70,$3,146.30 and $19,567.95 which came to a total of $25,963.00, not including what I paid out of my pocket. I told Mr. Rocco Rotello that I was open to a compensation offer for my pain and suffering. Mr. Rocco Rotello told me that they don't pay for pain and suffering. That was a lie. After giving me the runner round he final sent the $800.00, which was not agreed on by me. I told him I will go from there after I receive the check. He said that the $800.00 was a jester. After receiving the check, I talked to his boss, Mr. Galen Ruschnan he asked me did I sign anything. I told him no. As of right now I have a rash that comes and goes. Each break out is painful than the one before it. Since then my doctor has taken be off of Actonel. Since then I have gone to different web sites and read what Actonel has done to other people and there are many injuries. This has got to stop. I sent him all my doctor information, a statement as to what happen and the total (proof) of my medical bills that Mr. Rocco Rotello asked for. But they didn't keep their word. Never once have they checked up on me. I am now a risk factor for cancer of the esophagus. I was a guinea pig for the drug Actonel 35mg/Risedronate that caused me to have very serious life threatening adverse side effects. Everything that Procter & Gamble told me and I told them, are in the letter that needed to be read by the public. There are plenty in the letter that not only concerns my health, but need to be read again I say by the consumers. In September 2009, I wrote Mr. Robert Mc Donald, Mr. Alan Lafly, Mr. Boissonneault/Warner Chilcott, Sanofi-Aventis, and even Mr. Rocco Rotello and others to inform them of this matter. I never heard back from them. But each of the postal return receipts came back signed. Therefore Procter & Gamble leaves me no choice but to put my video on you tube so that it will be known how dangerous of a drug Actonel 35mg is. The video will show a copy of the check, copy of the Procter & Gamble letter that was sent to me and my letter of 29 pages stating in details what happen to me, and the talked about phone conversation that I had with Procter & Gamble Employees. Namely, Mr Rocco Rotello, and Mr. Galen Ruschnan.
Thank You,
Brenda Kidd
