Procter and Gamble: Fixodent contains a form of zinc which is bonded to an unknown formulation. Procter & Gamble failed to warn about the product's risks and failed to provide adequate warnings about the zinc in Fixodent, or adequate instructions to prevent deviation from accepted use.
Being exposed to an excessive amount of zinc can result in copper depletion and serious negative adverse neurological effects. In 2008, the peer reviewed journal "Neurology" reported on patients suffering from neuropathy and other neurological symptoms typical of zinc poisoning and copper depletion. It was determined that excess use of denture cream could have been responsible for their symptoms. Yet it is still on the market

Procter and Gamble can voluntarily recall cat food, which is a good gester. But Procter and Gamble, did not recall Actonel during the years that they owned the medication. Knowing it cause harmful serious adverse side effects even deaths to humans.

It's good that they voluntarily recall.. but they must also settle their issue on Fixodent and also Poligrip lawsuit by GSK. Take a look at this. http://www.poligriplawsuits.com/updates/will-...
