Job offer with PG

Hi all,

I recently received a job offer from P n G. The offer is actually lower than what I am getting now. As a result I am having a hard time making the decision to take it up or not. On 1 hand I've been hearing so much about it's supposed 'first choice' and 'best employer' status. On the other hand, I find that offering me an annual package slightly lower to what I am currently getting is not a great first impression. Additionally, I want to hear from PnG and ex PnG employees, on what it really is like to work in there, esp. with regards to compensation and benefits, opportunities to work overseas, leave entitlements, etc. Any comments on these subjects will be v much appreciated, thank you.

Lots of opportunities. Good raises. For performing managers...
