If it looks as well as the Photo and is kept maintaied and in repair, LEAVE IT ALONE and use it for a "Bread and Breakfast".

Thus not wanting it torn down should buy it. I am sure if all you Nazi vermin that wants to "save " a house they don't currently own pooled thier money they could offer enough cold cash it would be sold to them
