AIDS Org. Sues Pfizer For Promoting Viagra As A "Party Drug"...

An AIDS organization sued Pfizer Inc. on Monday over ads the group says encourage use of Viagra as a party drug.

Good!! Someone should sue Pfizer and hopefully we will never have to see these disgusting commercials again. Advertising prescription drugs to the public is obscene and downright ridiculous!!!!!

If it was not for Pfizer, Glaxosmithkline,{Viiv Healthcare} Gillead Science and other Pharma compaines someone who is HIV+ would go through a horrible death like they did in the 80s, it was not until 1994 when HAART was introduced tha people could live a some what normal life, there are now 35 drugs to keep the virus in check and it is no longer a death sentence, so i would like to say Thank You to the scientists who are working for these companys and developing more and better drugs. Today a person with HIV can expect to live into there 70s,Freedy Mercury died in 1991 because the drugs were not available, if Freedy M Had HIV today he could live to old age because the treatment is so good, so before you criticse bid Pharma think twice. People who aer HIV+ should be thankful the drugs are available and not worry about Viagra advertisements.
