PDV has to realise, expropriating and not paying cotractor firms
leads to situations like this!

Expropriating is legal, and wot paying?
Imagine a foreign investors reaction!

So, they say it's causing financial losses,
but NO WHERE does it say there are unpaid monies!
If the wells are not producing, it MAY cause FUTURE financial losses, but not as of yet.
Seems like there's got to be a good reason these contractors are striking, and it would APPEAR to be the problem of the contractors. Looks like PDV SA might have a valid case, IF they fall behind on whatever schedule they have.
