Now they are also going renig on the promise of insurance money to buy medical insurance coverage when you retire. This was used as a way to encourage employment, to intice new workers as a benefit. This is a farce if the american courts let Patriot( Peabody) reneg on all the they have promised employees union and non-union workers through the years. Peabody make the agreements and they were shuttled off to Patriot so it would fail and they could file bankrutacy on it.The courts if they have any backbone to support the working men and women in America they need to show it now. And make Peabody and Patriot live up to there promices. This from a former salary worker.
