PG&E IS LYING ABOUT WIRELESS SMART METERS.

See any of the videos below from qualified scientists and then you will recognize the lies that PG$E is delivering at each of these meetings.

Remember that people in Hinkley, California also believed PG&E and many of their children suffered numerous painful operations and eventual death from PG&E's program that they claimed was "Perfectly safe."

SCIENTISTS AND REAL PEOPLE REPORTING - QUITE DIFFERENT THAN PG&E

1. Insurance Companies Won't Insure Wireless Device Risks (3 minutes, 13 seconds)

Since your real-time meter data is going over the Internet unencrypted, how soon will it be before a hacker uses this information to 1. start breaking and entering what they think are grow houses; and 2. breaking and entering when they think no one is home and using electricity during the day?

How will PG&E indemnify us for these kinds of criminal acts directly due to their Smart-a** meters?

PG&E is holding meetings in one end of town while their subcontractor Wellington has amassed a fleet of 40 white Ford pickups in a storage lot in Fields Landing next to the boat ramp and parking area...

Excellent point! How long before someone designs a hand held scanner to drive down a street checking for unoccupied homes to break into and loot?

The most important thing is to not let Wellington install them in the first place. Put a sign above your meter saying NO SMARTMETER.
There are things going on with the introduction of AB37. PG&E might make a compromise and either let people keep their analog meters or install new SmartMeters that communicate data over secured data lines, not transmitted into the air.
PG&E said they have to look at the costs of using non radio meters.
What do they care ? The new meters are being paid for by federal taxpayers stimulus corporate welfare bailout money and the ratepayers, cost is of no concern to PG&E or the shareholders.
The whole meter project is not going to save any customers money or reduce energy usage, it all about trying to eventually eliminate most of the meter reader positions.

Smart Meter Conspiracy Theories. Very funny people who live in cities under power lines are worried about radiation from smart meters? Move away if you are worried about radiation and by the way PGE already knows how much power indoor pot growers use. They make money by allowing the growers to waste energy growing pot. But then again the pot growers are wasted anyway and open to conspiracy rumors. And if it saves paying people to drive around reading meters, sounds like a good environmental policy to me. Maybe the government should take notice on how to cut employee fat from the workforce and save energy doing it?

Smart meters are a good technological advance and should be supported by those who choose to live on the grid. Otherwise choose to live away from power lines altogether. Problem solved.lol

ya Harry, do YOU have a smart meter? Do you want one, really? Wait till you find out the EMF makes your balls go dry. Then do you still want the Smart Meter? Regardless, too late after that happens. No thanks, I'll keep my balls PGE.

Do you live on the grid, surrounded by electric wires? Didn't you know overhead power line EMF radiation exposure is bad for you? Causes cancer for a lot of people who live under power lines. Too bad for you if you are a gridded EMF exposed idiot. You're funny.lmao

Now that PG&E has aksed me to resign, I can speak the truth about those corrupt bastards.
They forced me to resign so that I could be the fall guy for their corporate culture. Well, I'm turning on them now and going to rat them out. Here is an article that is only the beginning of what I am going to do:
http://www.watchsonomacounty.com/2010/12/insi...
I used to pretend to be an activist against PG&E, but now it's for real.
Those 40 white Ford Ranger pickup trucks with the white camper shells that have the signs that read Wellington Energy that are sitting at the lot at Fields Landing next to the boat yard are packed with SmartMeters.
If you really want to postpone the installation until AB37 is resolved, go ahead and raid the trucks, take the meters, put sugar in the gas tanks, switch the plug wires around and put potatoes in the exaust pipes.
And disect a few meters to learn about the transmitters, maybe send one to WikiLeaks.

And dissect a few meters to learn how the transmitters send information to WikiLeaks? A truly dangerous conspiracy is at hand now that WikiLeaks is involved in knowing everything about gridded peoples energy use patterns. Look out! The computers will control us all in the end.......it's not science fiction any more.

Time to move to the backwoods away from electric grids, smart meters and wifi enabled electromagnetic thought police.

If we continue using these computers we're all going to be slaves to the machine and the thought police behind our addiction to the EMF technology and mercury laden screens looking into our houses.

Spoken like a true mind cop- what's the punishment? Imprisonment in an out of state nut house? Or like the guv suggests- Mexican run prisons for the american lower class.
Jokers still pretending all that bad sci-fi from the last century isn't really happening.

If you go to their meetings they almost admit the the meters are not necessary but will pad their accounts in that meter readers will be laid off.

But here we sit in front of our mercury laden computer screens BS'ing with each other, shipping our outdated computer motherboards to third world countries to soak in acid and cyanide to extract precious metals at poor peoples expense? It's not science fiction any more. We are controlled by the computer. Just try and spend a year without turning on a computer, cell phone, using electric appliances and so on.......the future is here. It's 1984 after all? Oh yea we passed that milestone years ago. Bring on 2012!

Harry- I thought you were being entirely sarcastic. Like one in the mob of these "all technology is safe in the hands of the New World Order" citizens... I liken what is happening as well to Brave New World, although I trust Orwell much more than Huxley- what with Huxley's connection to Al Hubbard and all...
Do ya know who William Devereaux as signed in the post above is?
If that is really him up above I don't know whether to trust HIM or not. I would very much like to. Last I looked the link he posted was yamked from the net.
On the one hand- maybe he honestly sees the damage he did as a head at PG&E, and now wishes to correct all that. On the other hand he may now be an agent provocateur. In either case- if he is wanting to make friends with population control
mind control activists, he has one in me. I am rather used to having agent provocatuers around trying to needle me into terrorist acts. And if he is simply as naive as to be sincere- well he needs to learn a little more about how to protest peacefullt (which is classified as terrorism, anyways- DESPITE the social respopnsibility level of real activists).
So far as the workings of the smart meter- they are far more diabolical than you seem to realize.

No modern Smart Metering system sends read over the air unencrypted. The security is derived from and better implemented than the SSL (actually TSL) security used in your browser.
Smart Meter automation is safer, more accurate, and far less disruptive than alternatives. Few folks would rather have someone tramping through their yard each month to read their meter.
