The younger of the Quinton's was also raising 7 children ( and one more on it's way ) on this property. Would you call that a safe environment for children? Wonder what CPS has to say about that.

You would seriously charge this man a huge fee and let him go? This is part of a larger problem of people that need to be held accountable for their actions. If we start with the people we catch, then it goes all the way down the chain with people paying consequences to doing illegal things.
