I'm 100% against the Norbak get rich I mean oil drilling project. But I must say, who from WHOW came up with the idea to use the San Bruno disaster as a comparison to our plight in Whittier?

Dan Duran, how could you go along with this strategy? Don't let the "village idiots" overrun your organization.

We in F.H. will fund your fight if you promise not to blunder like this again. Please remember to think before you act!

I also grew up roaming the hills way back in the 1950's when there was still plenty of oil production. Why was it okay then and not now? Whittier was a much nicer community back then and people knew that oil was an important part of the progress of the community. All this crying is from people who are new to Whittier or have very short term memories!
And the Honolulu Terrace fire and explosion never happened? Nicer meaning what? No Mexicans? Did you finish the 5th grade back in the 50's? You are an idiot!

You sound like the idiot and moron.
Most people who resort to name calling do so because they have no facts nor the intelligence to properly debate an issue.

Wow. I feel sad for all the people that still have to live in Whittier. What a hateful bunch you are. The point is... the hills are a beautiful nature preserve and should remain so. But it won't - it will go the way of the rest of your ugly little community!

Go watch Gasland and tell me it wont be a big deal. This is happening all over the us, and people and animals are dying of exposure to the chemicals used in fracking. It will be fracking in Whitter and the water will be polluted. It make perfect sense because Whittier is a s*** hole and no one cares if the community falls into a enviromental pit of s***. Fracking kills you idiots! Good luck!
