It would be better if DWP had to give the money back to its customers as a refund on their next bill.

My DWP bills are averaging an unsustainable $400 per month and there is no where else to cut our usage to lower our bills.

It's also a neat trick the DWP has. We conserve, use less water and electricity and they charge us more. With that kind of rigged game we can never win. The only winners are their overpaid union workers and top execs; with their outrageous raises -- higher than everyone ever gets -- they're the only ones who can afford their water/power bills.

It's seems that the DWP has a history of ripping its' customers off. Look at the news history and stories of the DWP which is nothing but a group of con artists! They should be taken over. They want to raise rates again because they are in financial difficulties. Does any of these politicians that aren't crooked see this? Hello out there. This is total and complete criminal intent upon the people!
And now some court is going to let them get away with it!
