Eight people died. PG&E's lawyers have been racking up billable hours managing the releases and denials of events. Public hearings backed by subpoenas and sworn testimony are the only way to assure that the tragedy is not repeated.

Someone should go to jail. Lack of that type records is a moral crime, it should also be a legal one.

Pipe explodes three month ago. Records discovered missing over one month ago. Brown takes office three weeks ago. Right wing conclusion. It is all Browns fault. It is kind of like how Obama is to blame for the economy because it crashed a month before he was elected, two months before he took office.

A californication Politician trying to make a name for herself on the backs of a tragedy.

The records will be found, the utility workers and management will also testify in the court case.

Woof, PG&E is the first utility and the largest one to lead the way in installing Smart Meters on every home. General Electric is behind this program. The Smart Meter Program is part of Obama's Green Energy Plan, and key to the "Smart Grid". PG&E, GE, the Greens, Jeffrey Immelt, Carol Browner, and Obama are all in the same game together, and they have each other's backs. You want to find the Records? Look in the closet in the White House where Hillary found those Rose Law Firm Records. However, It's a big closet.
