The low-life scum who have been squatting in this house should be prosecuted for the fire. They have been stinking up this neighborhood for over a year; Code "Enforcement" (ha, ha, ha, ha) DOES NOTHING while these rats dump their garbage, steal from the nearby residents and generally stain the peace and safety our citizens should be able to expect. There were no "live wires" to the house and no question this trash started the fire; throw "manual" and his skank girlfirend to the dogs.
