PG&E wants Calif. to OK substandard pressure test
California regulators are questioning why Pacific Gas & Electric Co. used a substandard testing method to check for safety at one of its major natural gas transmission stations.

PG&E has a long history of a wink and nod when it comes to testing lots of looking the other way during crew test aledged by some employes PG&E should not be allowed to self inspect or test they cannot be trusted
