The monthly charges presented above are inaccurate, though I don't think any of the numbers presented will prove to be what the final outcome is.

The sad thing is we PG&E customers are already paying for meter readers. It is included in the utility charges. Also the cost of the whole smart meter program has been included in our fees. It should also be remembered that PG&E saves money in the lowered manpower requirements that smart meters allow them by reducing the number of meter readers. Many opt out customers have offered to read their own meters as PG&E allows many customers currently.

I would like to vote against the installation of the smart meters. I also appose all fees that would be an initial cost to the consumer. Medical purposes and severe long term health hazards are reason enough to opt out this dangerous meter.

ALREADY PAID FOR SMART METERS

Every customer already is being charged about $300 extra on their utility bill for the so-called Smart meter.

So if you don't get one, you have to pay for the meter and then pay again and every month?

Peevey, the President of the Public Utility Commission, who used to be the president of the utility company, should be tried for child molestation (radiation violations on children) and put in prison for a very long time.

PG$E, California’s Utility Monopoly, recently admitted that each smart meter transmits radiation between 10,000 & 190,000 times each day.

This corrects previous false statements repeated often by utility companies across the country.

NOTE: many of the tests on non-ionizing radiation (the type of radiation emitted by smart meters) have been done using devices other than smart meters because smart meters have only been in people’s homes for a very short time.

But as a Wireless smart meter emits 100 times more radiation than a cell phone, it is not difficult to project. If a machine gun (smart meter) fires 100 bullets in the same time that a pistol (cell phone) fires one bullet, it is not difficult to project the harm that the machine gun can do, even if the tests were done with the pistol.
