Dear Director of Public Relations
I am a student of Hamilton E/M middle school and I was studying your company for a school project every since November and I noticed that your company is a very exciting stock because you have nothing but raises through out the past few months and I also was wondering if any of your people can send any papers or brochures so my classmates can see how good your company is.

Thats all fine and good, but your should ask about the morale of the store employees who do all the foot work to generate the income for this company.

Are they appreciated?
Do the get cost of living raises?
Are people promoted from within?
Has the company really grown over the last 10 years or are they stagnate?

These are some of the questions you should be asking.
As far as the stocks ........the still are no where near their competitors....

630 dollars later I have complete confidence in some employees loyalty to Pep Boys by disregarding the customers problems with their cars.
After returning with a worse problem than the original radiator leak I was told by the service manager that it IS "AGAINST" company policy to inspect any car before performing ANY work.
Without any courtesy warning I was given back the keys to my car to be driven away in that condition, since I was unable to come up with an extra 500 dollars.
The Service manager, nor service writer showed their faces again, how could they, they had already lost it.
I am embarrased for everyone involved.
I only lost money, they lost their face. And perhaps something else if there is some justice found somewhere. Anyone interested in making justice ? I am open to real suggestions.

Daily Horoscope for December 30

Taurus

It's no good - the prospect of visiting the post-Christmas sales has become too tempting for you to resist any longer. No matter what you're doing today, you'll try to squeeze in the opportunity to dash around some of your favourite shops and see what's on offer. You could snap up some bargains but you should guard against the urge to splurge on items that you don't really want or need. The price of something may have been slashed but the acid test is whether you'd still buy it if it were full price. If not, leave it in the shop!
