SAO PAULO, Brazil - A strike by offshore oil workers in Brazil could be settled before its scheduled end on Friday, a senior official said Tuesday.

anyone know?
anyway, gas prices aren't looking like they will go down any time soon.
in the mean time you can find a do it yourself mpg solution which will last you for the long haul while reducing your emissions down to water
