PG&E's plan may be costly for ratepayers
In the first public assessment of Pacific Gas and Electric's $2.2 billion plan to upgrade its natural gas pipeline system following the San Bruno explosion, state regulators warned Friday that the cost -- which the utility mostly wants its customers to shoulder -- could rise much higher.

PG&E Bullying it's way into a monopoly...Open market place for gas and electricity.

PGE is a total taxpayer PARASITE. Notice how ALL equipment is BRAND NEW! Have a problem with a tree limb knocking out your power? Do NOT call PGE cause they'll tell ya to hire outside service!
But they want the money!!!!!!!!!!
