I think that no system is perfect and NS's determination to enter SAP's market share doesnt mean SAP customers are jumping ship.
Any experienced ERP consultant will agree, what is important is to determine your requirements before bidding for ANY system. NS, Oracle, SAP can all be nightmares if the requirements were not properly detailed by the customer. And that's what lead to frustrations.
