That is the problem here - the belief that the "haves" should pay more. The report is that the assessed value was based on "replacement cost", which is ridiculous - homes are and should be taxed on their value. If he spent $200M and no one in their right (or otherwise) mind would pay $200M then the taxed value should be what someone would pay!
