Spring/Nextel has the worst customer service. Consumer Reports had that in one of their magazines the end of 2007.
These are the same jerks that cancelled some customers that they deemed nuisance callers. All they wanted was satisfaction on the service they were paying for; now look at their worth.
I'm so ashamed to have fallen in with them, and a two year contract that doesn't expire until June 18th, 2009.
