I am still on hold, twenty minutes at a time, transferred 6 times . Never have experienced such lousy service. A communications company I don't think soooo.

I have had great experiences with Nextel. It wasn't until Sprint took over that the negativity and bad customer service set it. Nextel was clearly confused when it decided to merge with Sprint.
