"In March, the Michigan Auditor General's Office released a report stating the agency may have spent $1.4 million on payments to workers who had died and $7.9 million on payments to illegal immigrants between Oct. 1, 2007 and Sept. 30, 2010. In addition, the agency didn't pursue up to $237 million in penalties for fraudulent claims, the report stated."

But they won't waste any time adding/raising a tax on the business owner!!
