To MikeHunt and everyone commenting on this forum, maybe you should seat back and not talk if you woren't ther to witnes, You will know what a monster srg. david rodriguez is.She has gotten alot of strenght with prayer and God's willing, you will see this case in the spot light. This rapeist has done this before many times but he didit to the wrong person, this time. And just to add a bit more legal or not legal we all have our rights. He really thought that they were both not legal but sorry to tell you that they are both very legally here and ARE NOT LOOKING TO GET LEGAL PAPERS! So we should be hearing about the piece of gum that had his DNA in that he forgot in the room, sheets, ooops and forgot the what he left on the chair for him not to forget where the six month old was at the time and how much he was crying. Listen you all this is not easy for anyone to just speak to the media think if the shoe was in the other foot. This teen is just now able to speak about it and she should testify.

What fun would Topix be if everyone did a "pre-emptive" post?

For someone to post "We all have our rights" and then to take his right of "Innocent until proven Guilty" in a court of law away only shows one thing: You don't REALLY believe we ALL have our rights, only that victims do. The law is clear even if you don't think so... EVERYONE has thier rights, including the accused.

If he's guilty, and he's not PROVEN guilty by anything so far, then we can discuss the monster that he, and his genitalia, are.

Until then? Fair game!

The legal system is not limited to those that you "know". It is for EVERYONE. No, I do not know him, but I believe in his right to be "innocent until PROVEN Guilty".

Once he is found guilty, IF he is found guilty, I'll side up with you on calling him a monster. Until then, I'll stick with that pesky little thing we like to call "the law".

How do Latinos become police officers? This perpetrator's last name was Rodriguez? For Pete's sake he should be freakin' deported! Not just that, if you can't deport this Latino slut, throw in a labor camp where he belongs with the rest of them. No wonder these stereotypes are true and we were brought up to "think differently."
I bet you the victim of this Latino's "amor" is probably scared stiff and not wanting to run into another one of his kind ever again. You see, this man might an illegal immigrant. Most corrupt cops come from Latino backgrounds. You can't trust these f****** worth a s***, can you? Oh well, that's really too bad because we waste all of this time learning how to respect police officers and those who are different from us and what do we get?

(sighs reluctantly) I'm sorry. I guess in order to be eligible to be a cop, you have to a natural born, US citizen. Hey, I noticed you are Japanese. I just want to let you know that your culture wouldn't be offended by me. That's because you revolutionized many things. Still, Latinos are pathetic, nostalgia minded idiots.

What you "noticed" is that I am "IN" Japan. Based on your posts, your assumption is NOT surprising though.

And my "culture" would be extremely offended by you. As my "culture" is born and raised in Arizona, U.S.A., followed by 22 years U.S. military service and now with U.S. FEDERAL LAW ENFORCEMENT in Japan, your extremely offensive to my "culture". And being born and raised in Arizona doesn't make me latino. I'm at least as white, and maybe whiter, than you (if you are indeed white).

"Still, Latinos are pathetic, nostalgia minded idiots"

Nostalgia is longing for the good old days of racism and being able to label everyone you see with the same brush. It hasn't been like that for quite a few years. It would be nice if you drug yourself into THIS century and realized that not everyone fits into your perfect little mold that you think makes an "American" who they are.

The illegals are a problem, yes they are. However, those that are here legally, or were born here from legal residents, have just as much a right to be there as you and I. Everyone you would need to talk with, in order to change their mind about America's guiding principles, has been dead for quite a very long time. I guess we are stuck with the country they setup for us, huh? It would be great if you could realize that.

So, you have spent all of this time as an Arizonian and currently in law enforcement. Oh yes, YOU F****** MISUNDERSTOOD WHAT I SAID, A******!!! I LIKE YOUR CULTURE BECAUSE YOU REVOLUTIONIZED OUR WORLD WITH THINGS. AND I DID NOT (I REPEAT) DID NOT SAY YOU, PERSONALLY WERE LATINO!!!
NO, I WILL NOT COME INTO THIS CENTURY NO MATTER WHAT PEOPLE SAY AND DO TO ME!! THIS IS MY DECISION TO BE RACIST AND I WILL SHOW THEM THAT I AM TOUGH AND CAN OUTDO YOU ANY "SWEETHEARTED KIND, CULTURALLY DIVERSE PERSON THAT LOVES AND EMBRACES EVERYONE!!!
Okay, these people who were born here legally or legally came here (AND ACTUALLY WILLING TO LOVE AMERICA) do have a right whether I like it or not. However, no matter how many Latinos I run into, I will hate them like (slams fist) F***!!! I am sick of being around so many of them. A lot of the girls hit on me and the Latino are too nice to me. They don't know how to leave me alone.
Finally, when I said nostalgia, I meant look at the kind of cars they drive, the colors of paint in their house, their earthy ways of living, and the way they are disciplined to name a few. They belong in the 70s with Jimmy Crack Carter. Oh yeah, at least I can come into this century by saying automatic transmission and a Lexus are better than a 1979 Cadillac.
I do not need to talk to anyone. Don't tell me to see a doctor. It's my choice to be racist. Thanks for responding and I will try to take that personally. Have a nice day!!!=)

Hey Asshat...

You "noticed I was from Japan" and then stated you were ok with my culture. Just to explain it to you in terms you understand... I live in Japan, but I AM A U.S. CITIZEN, born and bred. I've "spent all this time" as an American. My culture has NOTHING to do with Japan, as I only LIVE/WORK here. I am NOT Japanese. So quit referencing "MY" culture as if I'm a foriegner.

Or not. I really don't care what your little racist self does. Your most recent rant has defined you perfectly.

Thank you for your kind words. I take that as a compliment. Okay, so I will respect that. Please, for the last time, when I refer to your culture I am referring to your ethnic background, got it? I'm glad you don't care about me either. I am finally getting the attention I deserved. I am so sick of being told how sweet I am and how kind I am. Most importantly, I hate God and I am sick of being blessed by him all the time. Forget about what they say about hell, God needs to leave me alone. I am so sick of him making nice things happen to me. You would be sick of the lord too if he did so much for you. Oh, and by the way, that's another thing I hate Latinos and that's their religion. They are all religious, God fearing Catholics that take pride in everything. And furthermore young man, they share the same misfortune I share; and that's constant blessings from God.

Your a friggin idiot. She all of a sudden was raped after they wouldnt drop the charges against her lowlife pedophile boyfriend who got her pregnant at what 14. I am tired of people coming here and not following the rules. I bet any amount of money this chick is on welfare and we are paying for her illegimate kid. If you dont want to work go back to your country. I hope they throw her but in jail for being a liar.

What is it with Hispanic males coming to our country to rape our kids? They should learn to keep their genitals to themselves, or at least to persons in their age range.

Not to get to graphic here, but since the story doesn't describe exactly what it is that's so unique about the officer's genitals, I have to wonder if it's something anyone who has shared a lockerroom with him might know or is it something that only someone who's been intimate with him would know.

For example does he have some weird tattoo on the thing that alot of friends and associates might know about, or does the thing curve sharply in some particular direction when erect (which is something I think we can presume only his lovers would know)?

That would make quite a difference regarding how much evidentiary weight the fact of her knowledge should be given.

Good point. Are there any moles, freckles, unusual curves, sores, discoloration, tattoos, unusual "hair styles," etc? Just how detailed was her knowledge of that part of his body?
